Every year, America's VetDogs hosts several special events.

September 9, 2017 (Saturday) – Blue Point Brewing Company – Patchogue, NY

America’s VetDogs will have presence again in 2017 at the Blue Point Brewing Company. Mark your calendar to visit the Blue Point Brewing Company to hear some music and purchase some food and beverages. For every pint sold, they will contribute a $1 to America’s VetDogs. The address to Blue Point Brewing Company is 161 River Avenue in Patchogue, NY.  The America’s VetDogs table will be there from 2 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. Stop by if your schedule allows!

September 15-17, 2017 – 2nd Annual Jeremy Feder All-Star Baseball Tournament – Oceanside, NY

Oceanside Little League and the Feder family will be hosting this baseball tournament for kids ages 8 -10 years old with all proceeds to benefit America’s VetDogs. Opening Ceremony starts on Friday night at Wrights Field in Oceanside, NY with the games to follow. Additional games to be held Saturday and Sunday.  Food and great raffle prizes will be will be sold starting at 6:30 pm on Friday, September 15th at Wrights Field located at 264 Mott St. in Oceanside.  Registration will soon be available. September 17, 2017 – Huntington 9/11 Heroes Run – Huntington, NY

For the past three years Travis Manion Foundation has selected America’s VetDogs as their charity partner for this timed run/walk event. Run, Volunteer, Donate, Cheer…but most of all: Honor.  Register here for a 5K run (to start at 9:30) or 1-mile fun run/walk (to start at 9:00) from Mill Dam Park.  For more information, please email Huntington@911HeroesRun.org.

September 22, 2017 (Friday) – 4th Annual Divots for Service Dogs - Bellingham, MA

Made possible by the Prison Pup Benevolent Association Company, this golf outing will support both America’s VetDogs and NEADS. The tournament will take place at the New England Country Club in Bellingham, MA. September 23, 2017 – Annual Charity Fair – Smithtown, NY

The Smithtown United Methodist Church is having their annual country fair and will donate 10% of their net proceeds to America’s VetDogs. Come to the fair to visit the America’s VetDogs table and hear a representative of the program speak about the veterans we serve. Admission is free. Baked goods and other items donated for raffle. September 25, 2017 - 13th Annual Culinary Delights at Carlton on the Park – East Meadow, NY

The East Meadow Chamber of Commerce selected America’s VetDogs as one of the charities to benefit from their very successful annual fundraiser to be held on Monday, September 25, 2017 at 6:00 p.m. Many restaurants from the local community go to this event to showcase their food specialty for the enjoyment of all registered participants. During the evening there will be raffles, food, fun and more! Tickets are $50 and if, you select America’s VetDogs on the back of your ticket, 50% of your paid ticket will go to the Foundation. September 25, 2017 – Tom Collins/Chris Panatier 9/11 Memorial Foundation’s 15th Annual Golf Outing – Port Jefferson, NY

America’s VetDogs will receive a portion of the proceeds from this golf tournament to be held at the Port Jefferson Country Club. It’s $200 per person to play golf and $100 to come for dinner only. October 14, 2017 – Jacksonville Marine Corps ½ Marathon & Freedom 5K – Jacksonville, Florida

Runners can register to sign-up for a half marathon a 5K run or walk. A portion of the proceeds benefits America’s VetDogs.  To register, visit their website HERE. Be sure to visit the America’s VetDogs table before or after the race.


November 4, 2017 – VeRUS for Veterans presents Freedom Famfest - Timonium, MD

More than 1,000 people came out for last year’s fundraiser. This year proceeds will benefit America’s VetDogs! The event is held at the Maryland State Fairgrounds located at 2200 York Road in Timonium, Maryland. For additional information, please contact Krystle@veruspetfoods.com, or CLICK HERE.


December 1, 2017 – Holiday Kick-off Gala – Wrentham, MA 

A gala is being held to raise funds for the George Labonte Family and America’s VetDogs. The event starts at 7:00 p.m. It will be held at Lake Pearl Wrentham. Tickets are $75 and the evening will include dinner, dancing and a silent auction. For more information email holidaykickoffgala@gmail.com.

December, 2, 2017 - The Order of St. John of Jerusalem Holiday Gala – New York, NY

This special event is a holiday gala dinner hosted by The Order of St. John in Manhattan on Saturday December 2 at 7 p.m. This black tie affair will be held at the exclusive Metropolitan Club. There will be cocktails, a silent and live auction, dinner and dancing. All proceeds will come back to benefit both the Guide Dog Foundation and America’s VetDogs. April 7, 2018 – 4th Annual Friends of America's VetDogs Fundraiser - Sayville, NY

Join supporters of America’s VetDogs for a 50/50, raffles and Chinese auction. This special event will be held in the St. Lawrence Parish School on Main Street in Sayville (formerly called Prince of Peace Regional School.) Tickets are $20 per person and must be purchased in advance. Each ticket offers 26 bidding tickets with an opportunity to purchase additional sheets for $2. April 7, 2018 – Occupational Therapy Graduate Spring Fling & Alumni Reunion - Scranton, PA

For the fifth year in a row, students at the University of Scranton have selected America’s VetDogs as a beneficiary of proceeds from their annual spring fling. T.J. Hromisn, a veteran and graduate of the University of Scranton, was blinded as a result of serving our country. He received a service dog from America’s VetDogs a few years ago to assist him with everyday tasks. This dinner event is from 7:30 p.m. – 11:30 p.m. in the DeNaples Ballroom.
