Now that the legislation has passed in the House of Representatives, we need the Senate to pass its version of the bill (S. 711) by year-end...the sooner, the better! Here’s how you can take action:

I am calling to urge the Senator to support S. 711: The Working Dog Commemorative Coin Act. The House version of the bill, H.R. 807, was unanimously passed by the House in May.

This bipartisan bill will celebrate the life-saving impact of service dogs for our nation’s heroes (veterans, active-duty military, and first responders), and help provide vital funding to America's VetDogs, a respected national nonprofit that provides these extraordinary dogs free of charge to veterans, active-duty military, and first responders with disabilities in all 50 states and beyond. There is no cost to the American taxpayer.
